We’re passionate about the welfare of honey bees and understanding how we can better protect this wonderful creature who pollinates our crops and gives us our delicious honey.

Since 2009, we’ve been the lead sponsor of the Sussex Plan for Honey Bee Health & Well-Being, at the Laboratory of Apiculture and Social Insects (LASI), Sussex University. The research scheme is led by honey bee guru Professor Francis Ratnieks; the UK’s only Professor of Apiculture.
