Blooming bites
ChocoBerry Ice Lollies

Method
- 1
Cut up your berries and mash them up until they are almost a puree (lumps are fine!)
- 2
Put a little bit of berry mix into the bottom of each ice lolly mould and put them into the freezer for 2 hours without the lid on.
- 3
Meanwhile, mix the Rowse Spreadable Honey and cocoa powder together and mix with the boiling water.
- 4
Let that cool down and once your berry mix is frozen, bring them out of the freezer and top up the rest each mould with your melted honey and cocoa mixture. Pour it over the frozen berries.
- 5
Put the lids on now and put them back into the freezer overnight.
