Method

    For the filling, whisk together the cream cheese, Rowse Honey and double cream.

  2. 2

    Fill two piping bags – one with the cream cheese mix and another with jam.

  3. 3

    Pierce two holds in the sides of the croissants and pipe in the mixture. (You could also cheat and slice open the croissant and spread the ingredients in).
