Hot Honey Peach Margarita

Method

    In a blender, combine diced ripe peach and Rowse Hot Honey. Blend until smooth to make a peach-honey puree.

    Rim the glass with salt. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into a plate of salt to coat the rim. Fill the glass with ice to chill.

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the peach-honey puree with the fresh lime juice. Add the tequila and triple sec to the shaker. Make sure the shaker is filled with ice.

    Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This will chill the mixture and incorporate the flavours.

    Strain the margarita mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice and enjoy!
