This fresh salad has lots of scrummy textures like crunchy peppers and creamy avocado. The salty, spicy flavours from jalapeños and cumin are balanced perfectly by the tasty sweetness of Rowse Honey!

    Combine tomatoes, beans, black-eyed peas, onion, jalapeno, avocado and coriander in a bowl. Toss together gently until well combined.

    In a separate bowl or jar, whisk together Rowse Runny Honey, olive oil, lime juice, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic granules.

    Pour dressing over salad and mix well.

    Serve immediately or keep in the fridge for up to five days!
